We keep this short because we’re a small surveying company, not a data broker. We strive to be good neighbors in the professional relationships we develop.

What we collect
- Name, company, job title, email, phone (only what you give us when you inquire or download materials)
- Basic website analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
- LinkedIn Smart Link viewing data (who opened a proposal, how long they looked, etc.—only when you click a link we sent you)
Why we collect it
- To send you quotes, schedules, or deliverables for land surveying, drone mapping, ALTA surveys, construction staking, 3D scanning, etc.
- To follow up on your interest and improve our services
We do NOT
- Sell your information
- Share it with third parties except our licensed surveyors, cloud storage providers (Google Workspace, Dropbox, etc.), or when legally required
- Use fancy retargeting ads or tracking pixels beyond basic analytics
LinkedIn Smart Links When you open a Smart Link we send via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn shows you this privacy policy before you view the content. You can always ask us to delete the viewing data.
Your rights Call us any time at (678) 814-4346 and we will:
- Show you what we have
- Correct it
- Delete it (we usually delete everything after the project is closed anyway)
Security All files and emails are stored with industry-standard encryption. Survey data is backed up and password protected.
Changes If we ever change this policy, we’ll email our active contacts and update this page.
