Recently, I (Mitch Paulk) attended the funeral of a fellow surveyor. He had spent his entire career in this profession, but during the entire service, the word "surveyor" was only mentioned once. What mattered — and what people remembered — was how he treated others. His kindness. His honesty. His faith. His generosity. It reminded me that it’s not the profession that defines us, but the person we choose to be.
That’s the kind of legacy we want to build through this company — one that reflects strong values, cares for people, and leaves a lasting impact that goes beyond engineering and surveying deliverables.
